Connor's expertise in our market along with his endless dedication to success was the driving force that made this happen for me and my family. We had to leave the property prior to sell. This left us where we had work to do on the property to prepare it for sale. Not only did Connor help us select strategic projects on the home, he was there with our contractors to see that the work was completed properly with a great eye for detail. "Hard to believe there are good reviews here but we contacted this guy..1. He took a few days to reply back .2. When he did he said " nothing fits our perimeters of our search " so he couldn't help ..He likes to use big words and talks like a car salesman 3. Very quick talker car salesman type So my question is if u can't find us a house.....why can j find dozens on all these realestate sites on a daily basis? And he never ever sent us properties or even followed up....totally ghosted us and it's been months with no contact. I don't recommend at all!"

"We had a fantastic experience working with Connor Reside at Bold Realty. We were selling in a tough market, and from the beginning, Connor had a clear-eyed understanding of where the market actually was — not where we might have wished it was. He helped us make smart adjustments early rather than letting the house sit, and ultimately got us a strong offer and a quicker sale at a time when plenty of homes around us were struggling to move.Connor also worked incredibly hard for the listing. He ran plenty of showings and open houses, stayed on top of feedback, and kept us informed without making the process feel stressful. He was responsive, practical, and never sugarcoated things.Where we appreciated him most, though, was toward the end. We hit a few unexpected snags while we were out of town on vacation, and Connor stepped in and helped keep everything moving when we couldn't be there ourselves.
